Although this year won’t be the year of artificial intelligence and artificial intelligence applications to personalize services are appearing at a modest pace, Barry Diller, the chairman of both Expedia, argued that there won’t be a single next big thing but there will be several tracks, including mobile, machine learning, artificial intelligence and big data.
